1. How can prosafety® help my company in the safety management?
prosafety® is a complete software system for safety managing. Each of the applications is specialized in specific aspects of safety. prosafety® applications will allow you to control your employees training, to plan and document an audit, making all of it centrally, without lost of information, and paperless. 2. What does the idea of "shared satety" mean?
Shared safety has become a new paradigm of occupational safety. With its participatory philosophy, preventive and group work, it tries to involve all members of the organisation for their own security and their colleagues, minimizing unsafe behaviours. Incorporating this philosophy into an organisation will affect positively the safety in the medium and long term. However, this requires a strong commitment from the organisation as a whole.

7. What technical requirements do I need to implement prosafety® in my company?
Here are the technical requirements for implementation:
• Operating System Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or higher
• Microsoft. NET Framework 2.0
• IIS Web Server
• Database Manager SQL Server 2000 or higher
• If the database server is on another machine besides the one used for the installation of prosafety®, make sure the communication between both servers
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
It can also be installed on any server that has a proper return, it is not necessary an exclusive use. Remember that it is also available a cloud computing version of the product with no need of infrastructure, as the application is installed in one of our servers in our DataCenter.
8. Can prosafety® be adapted to the specific needs of my organization?
Yes, prosafety® applications are completely modular and adaptable to your organization needs. For example, all reports generated by applications may fit your standards. Our tools work successfully in companies of different sectors such as steel or public administration. 9.Can prosafety® connect with DELTA@ system?
Yes, our system has been developed with the ability to complete all the information needed by the system DELTA@ and standardized extract files defined in this standard.
10. Can I customize the fields according to my needs?
Yes, prosafety® applications are adaptable to the needs of your organization. For example, all field names that appear on the screens can be customized to reflect the nomenclature of the customer and can incorporate specific information. 11. Is possible to limit the amount of information visible for each user?
Yes, thanks to the allocation of roles to users you can limit the information that each person can access and the actions that they have to take, according to their profile.
12. I am interested in implementing the SPO techniques in my organization, how can prosafety® help me?
The implementation of prosafety® "Safety Observations" allows your organization to incorporate this philosophy. You can make your own checklist, including lists of various types, identify risk behaviors repeated in time, assign and track corrective actions proposed and extract information through reports. We can assist you in the training of your staff in these techniques thanks to our partners.
13."Is possible to adapt applications to include my organization's specific information?
prosafety® applications are fully configurable and adaptable to your organization. It includes customizable fields to adapt the tool to your business and needs. As a standard, all forms admit the possibility of including external files attachments (images, PDF documents, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) to attach related information.
14.I have historical safety information in Excel spreadsheets, Access database or other applications and I would not like to lose that information "Can I incorporate it into prosafety® applications?
As part of the implementation project, you can ask us to study your historical data and to do a process of "migration" to the new system. We have standard tools to do it, but we can also perform a specific development to recognize the data in its original format and to incorporate it into the prosafety® database.
15. I have a Human Resource software (or other enterprise software) and I would like to include information from employees, jobs, company structure, etc. but I don’t want to feed this information manually in both systems, is this possible?
We are also supporters of single data (each element must enter once in the organization and "share" to other systems that may need them.) As part of the project implementation, we can study the possibility of "interfaces" with your own systems or others in order to not to duplicate the information. We can perform both input interfaces and output information.
16. I have a new requirement that the applications does not include, what can I do?
You can make changes to applications. If you want to make any changes to an application, please contact our sales department via e-mail comercial@espiralms.com , or phone (+34)984 397 876, and we will answer your questions as soon as possible. In addition, all of our customers who have purchased the annual maintenance requirements came into our Customer Program (CRP), which allows us to study specific requirements and, if we consider that they could be interesting for other customers, we will implement them in future versions.
17. I am a multinational company with offices in different countries, how can I use the same application for all branches, each in their own language?
prosafety® is a global character software tool. Our tool is specially designed to show its entire potential in global companies with different locations, so you can have applications in many languages, including English, French, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish. Using the same application in all locations, allows you to easily obtain comprehensive reports, comparisons, etc. through our control panel application.
