Customer Requirements Program

In prosafety® we have the commitment of quality and continuous improvement and we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we keep incorporating new software enhancements. A high percentage of them come from explicit requests of our customers or from the perception that our prosafety® team think the users need. In this chart you can see where the enhancements of the tool come from during 2011:

In prosafety we would like to know that this 30% of our perception of the user needs is as real as possible. For us, it is essential that our customers feel happy with their tool and if they are the ones who suggest the enhancements, we are sure they will be even more satisfied.

 
Who would not like to have a car or a house designed 90% by himself? 10% of it will have to fulfill some requirements, but the other 90% could be designed for you to meet all your needs. This is what we want in prosafety®.
